NCADD has a multi-year contract with the Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) to broker employee assistance program services for SEARHC employees in Southeast Alaska. This program provides SEARHC employees with confidential counseling services (six per year) in addition to their regular health benefits. NCADD provides scheduled EAP orientations for SEARHC employees, supervisor training to recognize signs and symptoms of substance abuse, and informational brochures and posters.
